As a person who really is not a "massage guy", I can tell you that Jill truly is a miracle worker. I had a bad calf cramp one week before running the St George Marathon and was so debilitated that I thought about dropping out (I could barely walk, not alone run). I made an appointment with Jill at a friends recommendation and she worked on my calf for over an hour. Not only did it successfully not cramp up during the race, it held up during repeat training for the San Antonio Rock and Roll Marathon one month later. Forget about any preconceived notions on therapeutic massage, Jill knows what she is doing and now I'm a firm believer as I get ready for a full spring and summer of long distance race season. In my line of work, I am constantly traveling and Jill get's my body ready for the stress of training and the stress of traveling.

I recommend her to anyone that trains hard and is committed to their sport.

Jill’s massage technique is awesome. While training an average of 90 miles a week for the World Championship 100K, I tried to see Jill at least once a week. She kept my muscle soreness at bay and helped my muscles recover more quickly from hard workouts. She was also able to help with imbalance from tight muscles, which greatly enhanced my training and eventually led to my win at the World Championships!

Thanks Jill!

I heard nothing but great things about Jill and her massage techniques. I scheduled an appointment with her a few days before a marathon because my hamstrings and knee were really bothering me. Jill was able to massage the pain out of my legs in less than an hour. After visiting her I ran a personal best at the marathon. My legs felt great the entire race and I know it is because of her skill in massage techniques.

I will definitely be a frequent visitor. I recommend her highly!

I first saw Jill when my knee was bothering me.  Not only did she fix the pain in my knee, but she loosened up muscles I never knew were tight.  I could tell a difference in my running immediately.  I highly recommend Jill for anyone who is serious about maximizing their training.

I have had reoccurring knee pain from a 4-year old skiing injury. After a session with Jill my pain went away. Jill rocks!!

Using Integrative Therapies has proved more than necessary with my triathlon training.  Jill is the best when working on my sore and tired legs.  Most importantly, she has worked out the tense muscles in my back.  Her sound advice has kept me from having more issues, keeping me on my training schedule and very happy.

I just had my first massage with Jill.  She really helped work out the problems I’m having with my IT Band.  Not only was the massage helpful but she also gave me exercises and sent me websites to help me work out the problem.  I wasn’t expecting that much help!!

I must admit that I was very skeptical when my coach told me to go see her for a massage. I've had arthritis for 3+ years in my back and hips. After a long ride followed by a hard run, I developed an unbearable pain in my left hip. Since the pain was very similar to what I've experienced with arthritis, I was sure that was it, and my hopes of a personal record in an upcoming half-marathon were crushed. Having nothing to loose, I gave Jill a chance. I was expecting the typical oil-you-up and rub-you-down. That certainly is not what I got. Instead, I received a comprehensive therapy session that alleviated 95% of the pain. I felt so good after the "massage," Jill had to convince me not to go running right then. In addition, Jill recommended a series of specialized stretching exercises that got me completely pain-free. Now, I am very happy to say that I have no problems with the hip and back. In fact, I returned to training just two days later and am back on track for my upcoming race.
I'm already planning to go see Jill again to take care of other problem areas.

Thank you Jill!

Jill is a skilled Massage Therapist. She evaluated and treated me in a thorough and professional manner. She was able to work on specific injured and tight areas related to my athletic endeavors. She is particularly skilled with athletic injuries or overuse. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her to achieve my goals.

I had an upper hamstring problem for over a month. The pain was so bad that I had to stop running. After four weeks of no running the problem was still lingering. I was hopeless and had a race in six weeks.
I talked to Jill and she told me about ART (Active Release Technique). After only one ART session, I noticed immediate benefits.

I'm training again as if I never had an injury! My race is in four weeks now and I'm back on my training schedule.
